MAULANA MASHUDUR RAHMAN
Maulana Mashudur Rahman of London, UK, born in 1990, started his preliminary Islamic education in Sylhet Bangladesh, continuing his secondary studies in Sylhet town. He undertook the Alimiyyah programme in the well-known Islamic institute of Sylhet, Jamia Madania Islamia Madrasha, Kazi bazar. After completing the Alimiyyah course in this renowned institute of Bangladesh, Maulana Mashud graduated in 2012. He studied various subjects such as Arabic language, Tafsir, Hadith, Fiqh, Aqaa'id under various auspicious scholars including the founder of Jamia Madania Islamia Madrasha, Kazi bazar, Principal Shaykh Habibur Rahman (رØÙ…Ù‡ الله). Maulana then enrolled onto a post-graduate course to specialise in Islamic Jurisprudence in the city of Dhaka, Bangladesh, which he completed in 2015. Maulana has been involved in teaching since graduation, he spent several years teaching Qur’an, Hadeeth, Fiqh, Arabic language and grammar in Jamia Islamia Shamimabad Madrasah, Sylhet, where he was also the vice-principal. Maulana moved to the UK in 2021, since then till present he has been the Imam of Swindon Jami Masjid. Maulana is a Qur’an and Fiqh teacher of An-Naseeha Academy.
